Five steps, from choosing the factory to the destination port
Every order follows the same process. Nothing is shipped without being seen, measured or checked on site.
On site factory audit
The factory is visited before any order: production conditions, real capacity, hygiene. A factory that is not visited is not used.
Sample
A representative sample of the lot is sent and approved with the buyer before any production or bulk packaging.
Pre shipment inspection
The lot is checked before loading, against the criteria specific to each product (moisture and splits for cashew, density and color for pepper, grade and traceability for coffee).
Loading follow up
Physical presence when the container is loaded: count, condition of the load, seal.
Documents
Export documents are gathered and checked before the container leaves (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate where relevant, bill of lading).
